These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of GStudios India’s Website, located at https://gstudiosindia.com/.

We infer that you agree to these terms and conditions by using this website. If you do not agree to any of the terms and conditions listed on this page, do not use GStudios India any longer. 

It is understood that any use of the phrases above or other words, whether written in the singular, plural, capitalised or with he/she or they, corresponds to the same item.

We use cookies in our operations. You consented to the usage of cookies in accordance with GStudios India’s Privacy Policy by browsing the website. To enable us to obtain the user’s information for each visit on interactive websites, cookies are typically used. 

Licence:
Except when otherwise noted, all content on GStudios India is the property of GStudios India and/or its licensors. The ownership of every intellectual property is reserved. Subject to the limitations outlined in these terms and conditions, you are permitted to access material from GStudios India for your own personal use.

Without a trademark licence agreement, no GStudios India logo or other artwork will be permitted for linking.

decrease or eliminate our and your responsibility for deception or deceptive representation; restrict any of our or your obligations in any way that isn’t allowed by the relevant laws; or

avoid any of our or your obligations that are not specifically prohibited by relevant law.

According to the preceding sentence, the restrictions and prohibitions of liability set forth in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer: (a) are subject to; and (b) govern all obligations emerging under the disclaimer, including liabilities originating in contract, in tort, and for breach of statutory duty.


Admission Terns and Conditions:

  • Fees are 100% non-refundable under any circumstance.
  • Fees have to be paid entirely in a single installment only.
  • The studio reserves its right to expel from the class any student who will be found not maintaining discipline or is indecent or improper in his behaviour.
  • Students must provide at least 2 days of prior notice before an absence. No extra class will be provided without notice. Continuous absenteeism without prior intimation may lead to cancellation of admission. Refunds are not available in such cases.
  • Fees once paid are neither refundable nor transferable to any other student/ any other course or subject or batch under any circumstances.
  • Certificates to students will be provided only after the showreel is submitted at the studio.
  • All lectures and notes provided by GStudios India are confidential data. No part may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or distributed in any form.
  • 100% attendance is compulsory. In case of an emergency, only 1 class will be permitted to reschedule.
  • The course fee includes an admission fee of ₹4,000/-
  • I have carefully read all the above rules and regulations and I will sincerely abide by them if admitted.
